01. Do you have delivery to Dubai?
Yes we can deliver for free in Dubai with a minimum order value of AED 3000. Incase the order value is less than the specified amount, a nominal delivery cost will be applicable as per the location.
02. Do you deliver across UAE apart from Dubai?
Yes we can deliver across UAE apart from Dubai with a minimum order value of AED 7000. Incase the order value is less than the specified amount, a nominal delivery cost will be applicable as per the location.
03. Do you install the supplied furniture?
We can provide installation services at a nominal labour cost to the customer.
04. Do you provide data sheets for all the supplied products?
Yes. Most of our products carry data sheets, and can be verified before the transaction takes place.
05. Do you exchange or return the products?
Yes. We do have exchange policy within 15 days or purchase, must in original packing & condition ( Should not been installed ) Credit note will be issued for the returned goods.
06. What if I receive damaged goods?
Our team will fix the issue and address your concern at the earliest.
07. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Most of the products carry a standard warranty still advisable to check before the purchase.

We are maintaining ready stock of all the products so the lead time for each order is typically 1-2 working days depending upon the delivery schedule. For customized requirements and logo printing serivces the lead time is 2-3 working days.

Yes – we are providing Fabric Covers for Metal Barriers so we can customize them with your logo printing on the covers.
12. What are the colour options of Barricades available?
The Metal Barriers are available in Silver, Blue, White, Yellow, Red and White Caution and Black and Yellow Caution colour. They can also be customized as per your requirements.
